The Jedi and his Padawan eventually did uncover Vergere's fate on Zonama Sekot after a tumultuous investigation. Apparently, Vergere offered herself to the mysterious invaders in exchange that they leave the planet in peace. Agreeing to this, the invaders took Vergere into their captivity and left Zonama Sekot and even the galaxy itself. When the news of the fate of her Padawan reached her, Thracia took the information with reserve, but soon after disappeared from the knowledge of the Jedi, most likely having gone to concentrate on her wife and motherly role. Little did Thracia know that her Padawan would return to the galaxy decades later, in the midst of a war that proved to determine the future of the galaxy as she knew it.
